1. Delivery options

• Collect in-store — Free, from 3 Chenoworth Street, Durbanville.
• Courier delivery — Door-to-door, anywhere in South Africa.

2. Courier fees

A flat courier fee of R100 applies. Members get free courier on orders over R500; non-members get free courier on orders over R1,500.

3. Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Subscriptions and out-of-stock items may take longer; we’ll keep you informed.

4. Delivery timeframes

Courier delivery typically takes 1–3 working days to major centres and 3–5 working days to outlying areas after dispatch.

5. Collection

Collect from 3 Chenoworth Street, Durbanville, Cape Town. Opening hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00. Bring your order confirmation.

6. Areas & restrictions

We deliver within South Africa. We do not ship to addresses outside South Africa, and cannot deliver to PO boxes for orders requiring a signature.

7. Risk & ownership

Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery. If no one is available to receive a couriered order, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.

8. Tracking

Where applicable, we’ll email you a courier tracking number once your order is dispatched.
