3. Delivery — Collection from 3 Chenoworth Street, Durbanville is free. Courier delivery is a flat R100 per box, waived on plans of R1,500 or more.

4. Contents — Boxes are curated by our team based on your selected box type and plan value. Specific product requests require direct contact with us.

5. Cancellation — Pause or cancel any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next debit date. No refunds for boxes already dispatched.

6. Variation — We may adjust contents and pricing with 30 days' notice.
